1. Applicability of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the leisure services sold by the sole proprietorship of Polychronis Mavros, operating under the trade name "MILOS TRIPS," based in Adamas, Milos, Zip Code 84800, telephone: +30 22877023421, Email: info@milostrips.com (hereinafter "MILOS TRIPS") and are made available through its website www.milostrips.com.
2. Booking Process and Formation of the Contract
Through our website, you can make a booking and payment for one or more of our offered boat cruise services. By clicking on the "Book Now" button, you will be directed to the online booking platform provided by Travelotopos, through which you can make your booking and pay for the selected cruise service.
After you fill in your details in the booking form and click the "Complete" button, you will be directed to the secure payment platform to complete your payment. This means you are sending a proposal to MILOS TRIPS for the purchase of the services you have chosen, and you must agree to and accept the application of these General Terms.
The confirmation of receipt of your purchase proposal, which is sent automatically immediately after you submit your order, certifies that your order has been received by MILOS TRIPS. However, this does not automatically constitute acceptance of your proposal to purchase, which will only be accepted after a declaration of acceptance from MILOS TRIPS, which will be sent in a separate confirmation email.
In the email you will receive, our booking team will inform you about the exact meeting point and time on the departure day you selected, as well as any equipment you may need to bring or other necessary instructions. No ticket will be issued by MILOS TRIPS for your booking; however, identification will be made of the person who made the booking and the number of people for whom the booking was made.
Any incorrect entry of services or details by you will not be the responsibility of MILOS TRIPS. Since identification must be made upon your arrival to ensure that no one else enjoys the cruise you paid for, the details you provide must be accurate.
3. Service Availability
If the leisure services ordered are unavailable or unavailable at the listed price due to a price change at the time of the order and processing, MILOS TRIPS will inform you whether it accepts your order and regarding the availability and applicable price. Any payments made in this case will be canceled and refunded according to the payment method you used.
MILOS TRIPS checks the correctness of the prices of services listed on its website on a daily basis, but reserves the right to correct any errors in price due to human or technical factors, which manifestly do not correspond to the usual or average market price of the corresponding product. MILOS TRIPS will inform you of any errors in listed prices for services you ordered and the applicable price. Any payments made in this case will be canceled.
4. Payment
All prices on www.milostrips.com are in euros and include the legal VAT.
Upon completion of the order process, the customer can choose the payment method displayed, either by credit or debit card.
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment details are encrypted during processing. All online payments via credit card are made in the secure environment of the payment platform provided by Travelotopos. The customer’s payment data entered during an online payment is neither checked nor processed nor stored by MILOS TRIPS, but by the respective payment provider and/or payment server.
In case a refund is required, it will be processed by MILOS TRIPS using the same method that the customer used for the payment, unless agreed otherwise with the customer, without undue delay.
5. Right of Withdrawal - Cancellation of Booking / Refund
You may cancel your booking up to 5 full days before the scheduled departure date with the right to a full refund of the amount you paid.
Methods of exercising the right of withdrawal:
In every case, for the cancellation to be accepted, the relevant statement must be sent in writing to the following details:

• Fill in the required details directly in the form, sign it, and send it using one of the above methods.
Once you exercise your right of withdrawal in any of the described ways, you will receive confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal request.
The right of withdrawal under Law 2251/1994 does not apply:
In cases of the provision of services after the full provision of the service, as the customer, upon completing the booking, has already acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service starts.
6. Protection of Personal Data
We inform you that, for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations from our transaction, the personal data you provide is collected and kept exclusively for the fulfillment of these obligations, as well as for the purposes of complying with the obligations imposed by law (e.g., issuing legal documents, submitting tax returns, etc.). These data will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties, except for our partners, whose services are necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g., transporters, IT support companies, hosting of our website, etc.). All our partners are legally bound to protect your personal data. Any customer data contained in returned products will be deleted by MILOS TRIPS and will not undergo further processing.

7. Consumer Rights - Liability - Force Majeure
Consumer rights under the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Law, as well as any other relevant provisions, apply as provided by these legal provisions.
Claims by the customer for compensation or financial satisfaction of any kind and legal basis are excluded. In particular, claims for damage to health, life, and bodily integrity are excluded.
Any claim for compensation or financial satisfaction of any kind and legal basis is excluded in the case of force majeure.
8. Final Provisions
These general terms and conditions are governed by Greek law.
For any dispute between MILOS TRIPS and the customer, the competent courts of Thessaloniki are responsible for resolving it. For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may also refer to the competent authorities for extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes, e.g., the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl. Kanigos, 10181, Athens, www.efpolis.gr, tel.:1520, fax: 2103843549), the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, Alexandras Avenue 144, 114 71, Athens, tel.: 2106460734, fax: 2106460414), or to Friendly Settlement Committees for consumer disputes (Article 11 of Law 2251/1994) located in municipalities across the country. You may also refer to the European Alternative Dispute Resolution body via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The protection of the laws concerning distance contracts, as well as these terms, applies only to transactions with individuals who are acting for reasons outside their commercial, industrial, business, or professional activities.
In case any provision of this agreement is not applied, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
